How we work

Statement of work

We work with you to define the scope of your project and assign a number of days to the engagement.

Assigning a team

We assign a small team which provides you with continuity and flexibility. Each project is overseen by a Senior Consultant, meaning you always have our expertise at your disposal.

Project management

Our projects are managed using the Agile methodology. We generally work remotely, working on-site with you as the project dictates.

Completion

We run a SOW project that could range from 10 to 60-day engagements, with an agreed timeline. The days do not have to run consecutively.
