At Tradeshape we focus on a small team structure, and we assign more than one consultant to each client engagement. This approach offers continuity and flexibility for our clients. Our focus is consistently on providing the best service for you. Each project is overseen by a Senior Consultant, which gives us a team of people with experience to draw from for every client we engage with.
Our team works within the client's project management structure. Most of the projects we are engaged in are managed using the Agile methodology. We generally work remotely, working on-site with clients as the project dictates.
Client engagements are most often managed in one of two ways. Firstly, we, with our client, agree a Statement of Work (SOW) to define a piece of work required and a number of days assigned to this engagement. We run a SOW project that could range from 10- to 60-day engagements, with an agreed timeline. The days do not have to run consecutively, and this work allows for ad-hoc engagements.
Alternatively we can provide resources for a specified number of days to carry out work at the client's request.

Tradeshape was founded in 2004 as a software and services company for the financial services industry. Since then, we have worked with Investment Management firms, software vendors and partner organisations to improve automation and increase STP for back office processing. Our consultants have worked together at various software vendor organisations within the financial services arena for the past 25 years.
